We handmake, pack, and ship your goodies within 5 - 7 business days—because we’re all about getting your items to you ASAP!

Shipping: We use Australia Post, and delivery can take anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on where you are.​

Once it’s shipped: It’s in Australia Post’s hands! If any issues pop up along the way, please reach out to them directly. They’re the experts in transit.

Wrong address? Oops! We will do everything in our power to help the situation. When checking out please ensure you have added the correct shipping address as once it's sent out, it is out of our control. If we are lucky enough to get it sent back to us, we are more than happy to send it back out to you at an added cost.

Damages? We pack everything with lots of love and care. But once it leaves our hands, we can’t be held responsible for any damage that happens during transit.
