Shipping: We use Australia Post, which takes 1-10 business days to deliver, depending on your location.

Once it’s shipped: It’s out of our hands! We can’t control what happens in transit, so if any issues pop up, please contact Australia Post directly.

Oops, wrong address? No worries! But you’ll need to cover the extra shipping cost to resend.

Damages? We pack everything with care, but once it leaves us, we can’t be responsible for any damage.
