At Frank and Coco, each item is lovingly handmade just for you, based on your custom order! So, please take extra care when selecting your items, as we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Before shipping, we ensure every piece undergoes a thorough inspection to guarantee it’s in perfect condition. We also take great pride in packaging your order securely to prevent any damage during its journey to you.

Once your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post, it’s in their care! If any issues arise during transit, such as loss or damage, we kindly ask that you contact Australia Post directly to file a claim.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at info@frankandcoco.com.au, and we’ll be more than happy to assist.
