
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each item you receive is handmade to your custom order so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please inspect your items upon delivery to ensure there are no damages or faults
and that you have received the correct items.
Should you discover that your item is damaged/faulty, we will accept a return within
5 business days from the date of delivery. You as the customer will need to provide
proof that the item is damaged/faulty with photo evidence. The product will also need
to be unused and in the original packaging.
If item is proved to be damaged or faulty, the refund will be issued to the original
payment method used for the purchase, excluding shipping fees.
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept refunds,
returns or exchanges for change of mind.
No returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
Items that were gifted or won cannot be returned or exchanged for money or other items.
